About Basher
Made in Riyadh, for the way we speak.
Voice AI has learned many languages. It hasn't learned ours properly. Basher exists to change that.
The gap we're closing
Great voice AI exists — in English. Bring it to a Saudi clinic's front desk and it stumbles on the first greeting. Dialect, courtesy, context: the things that make a caller feel understood are exactly the things generic platforms treat as an afterthought.
We build Arabic-first: the dialect corpus gates our releases, the interface is right-to-left before it is left-to-right, and the escalation culture — when a machine should quietly hand you to a human — is designed for how business is actually done here.
We are early, and we say so. No invented customer logos, no imaginary metrics. What we have is a working platform you can talk to right now, and the ambition to make it the standard for Arabic voice.
How we work
Honest by policy
We never claim in copy what the code doesn't enforce. Our own audit process polices this page too.
Craft over noise
Latency budgets, dialect gates, tested guardrails — quality here is measured, not asserted.
Partners, not tickets
Founding clients shape the roadmap with us and keep preferential terms for it.

Build the standard with us
If your front desk answers calls in Arabic, we'd like to show you Basher on your real use case.
